Dull: something that is boring.

SELF ASSESMENT

In English classes I have learnt how to pronunciate some words that I couldn't pronunciate well before. I need to improve my  behaviour. I have enjoyed Michael's classes and I have learnt a lot of things. I can learn easily the vocabulary. Outside on Tuesdays I go to private classes. I have learnt lots of things about Ireland and typical music, dances and history.

Physical or Human geography?

A plane: The photo shows a plane that is made by humans so it is human greography.
Storm: the image shows trees and a volcano and a thunder storm that are relacionated with the relief of the area. It is physical geography.
Underground water: it shows water jumping out the floor. Humans haven't affect this relief. It is physical geography.
School: the picture shows a school with kids. The school is made by humans so it is human geography.
Countryside: There are trees that are related with the relief and it can be physical geography but there are aspects modificated by human so I think both are correct.
City: There are lots odf skycrepers mades by human and there is a plane created by human. That things are related to human geography.
Roads: Human built all that roads above the countryside. It is a natural relief modificated by humans. It is human geography.
Mountain valley: There are lots of mountains with a river in the middle. There isn't nothing related to human activities so it is physical geography.
Dam: there is a big dam in the middle of the river stopping the water of the river. The course of the river is modificated by humans by that dam. It is human geography.
Forest: there are lots of trees that are natural aspects related to physical geography but at the end of the image there is a village built by humans so it is human and physical geography.
Beach: the beach is a natural aspect related to physical geography but there are a lot of tourists. I think is mostly human geography.
Waterfall: there is a natural waterfall surrounded by lots of trees that form a forest. It is physical geography.
Tube: there are mountains with trees and bushes but there is a tube that moves water from one point to other. It is a landscape modificated by humans. It is mainly human geography.

IRELAND

Ireland is divided in two parts, Northern Ireland and the republic of Ireland.
Dublin is the capital of Riverdance, a popular dance show.
A limerick is a pome which tells a story or joke in five lines.
At Blarney Castle near Cork, there is and old stone in the tower.
According to the legend, it has magic powers.
Queen Elizabeth of England wanted to take the castle from lord Blarney.
Thousands of people kiss the stone each year.
In Ireland there are too many traditional dances.

VOCABULARY STARTER UNIT

Book a hotel: when you pay to a hotel to stay there for some days.

Tasty: food that is very delicious.

STORY TELLING

My story was about a princess that loves chocolate but one day she can't smile.

The story was called: chocolate princess.

Didgeridoo: instrument used by the Australian people.
Status: your place in the society.

RULES

You mustn't smoke until you are 18 years old.
You mustn't drive until you are 18 years old.
You mustn't decorate your body without the premission of your dads.
You must go to class until you are 16.
You can ride a moped with 15 years old.
You mustn't drink alcoholic drinks when tou drive.
You must stop if the police sais you.
You must pay the things that you buy.

In this year we have done lots of projects and we have learned lots of things about music.


We have learned theory things and we have done lots of funny projects.
My favourite project was the noteflight project.
I think teacher have to be funnier the next year.

SWORDS IN GOT TALENT

Alex Magala is a man that can eat swords. Then everybody thinks he died but he doesn´t die. He goes to a pole and he climbs up. then he climbs down with the sword in his mouth and he stops near the ground. It's incredible. The judges think that he will die and one of them doesn't want to watch Alex. The ability to eat swords is amazing but very dangerous. Then one of the judges says: this is the most dangerous performence that I have never seen! I agree with his opinion.

SELF EVALUATION



In this term  English class was very tired but I have enjoyed music and physical education.
I enjoyed music projects because we saw many videos that I liked and we learnt cool things for example when we invent a song.
In physical education we learnt to play for example hand ball.
I think that my behavior is better than the first term one example is that I made more effort.
In English I liked when we saw the videos of Got Talent and we decided the best video.
I think this term was better than the first term and more funny.
I enjoyed the bilingual subjects a lot.
